Importing Commissions from ClickBank

Export Your Commissions Report

  1. Log in to your ClickBank account.
  2. Click the "Reporting" tab.

  3. Choose the "Transactions" report type.

  4. Be sure to select a date range which does not overlap with reports you've already imported. In other words, the start date should be at least one day after the end date of the last report you imported into w3roi.
  5. After submitting the form to retrieve the report, click the "Export options: CSV" link.

  6. Save the CSV file somewhere on your computer and make note of where you saved it.

Import Your Commissions Report Into w3roi

  1. Log in to your w3roi account.
  2. In the "Synchronize" menu, choose "Import Commission Reports".

  3. Choose Clickbank in the network select list, and use the "CSV File" button to browse to the report you saved earlier. Then click the "Upload CSV" button.

  4. The following screen will show a list of the leads or sales found in the report you uploaded.



    You can choose not to import one of these actions by unticking the checkbox in its row. You can also change the transaction ID, date and amount that will be imported. Once you have made any changes you wish, click the "Save Actions" button to complete the import. The leads and sales will be attributed to the ads that lead to those actions and your reports will be updated instantly.
